There is still a lot of snow on the ground. Nonetheless, Paul called last night to see if it would be OK to work today – Saturday. Of course, we agreed.
He arrived about 10:00 with his helper, Shawn. They planned to repair the siding around the windows. When they saw that the snow on the north side of the house was still deep they changed their mind. Instead they started setting cabinets.
Shawn left at 1:00, but Paul worked until after 6:00. He repaired the water damaged floorboards and verified the placement and spacing of the cabinets. We are starting to get a sense of what the finished space will look like.
