Tuesday evening, Joey and Sam drove up from Paso Robles to have dinner with us at Indigo Moon in Cambria. It was wonderful to have more time to visit with them. We were very happy that they took the time and effort to come to Cambria. At dinner Betty had Calamari Piccata, a lightly breaded calamari steak, served in white wine, tomato, red curry, and caper sauce. Although it was good, it was a “been there, done that” experience that probably won’t be repeated. Once again Joey selected the evening’s wine and we had an excellent Zinfandel from the burgeoning Paso Robles wine region.
